Free clinics for victims of Hurricane Katrina can continue operating in Mississippi despite complaints from other doctors who say the volunteers are putting them out of business.
At least seven free clinics were established on the Mississippi coast after the storm devastated the area on Aug. 29, 2005, said Rhonda Freeman, director of licenses for the Mississippi Medical Licensure Board.
