By: Magnolia Tribune - June 22, 2007

The Clarion-Ledger Editorial, 6/22/7

Vice President Frank Bluntson of Ward 4 will serve as president, and a special election must be set for a replacement to represent Allen’s Ward 1 in northeast Jackson.
