Dale should run as Democrat, election commission says
Insurance Commissioner George Dale should not be allowed to seek reelection as an independent, an attorney representing the state election commission wrote in a brief filed Tuesday.
?The only relief Dale is entitled to would be placement on the Democratic Party?s primary ballot,? Special Assistant Attorney General Harold Pizzetta wrote.
