The opinion in Langston vs. Pickering in favor of the people of Mississippi represented by State Auditor Stacey Pickering. This decision moves the lawsuit back into Hinds County Circuit Court and presumably through the Mississippi apellate system, which will be a much friendlier venue for the taxpayers as represented by the Auditor.
