Former alderman wins Southaven city special election
Southaven elects new alderman Voters in Southaven’s Ward 2 Tuesday went to the polls and elected a new alderman to fill the seat of former Ward 2 Alderman Shirley Kite. Former alderman Ronnie Hale won over his rival Brandon Henley by a margin of 271 for Hale to 154 for Henley. Desoto Times 9/13/16
