State Capitol north entrance closed for a year due to deteriorating terrace, leaks

Mississippi Capitol’s north entrance to close for a year The north entrance of the Mississippi Capitol will be closed for the next year during the rebuilding of the second-floor terrace above it. The Department of Finance and Administration says the terrace is deteriorating from leaks. WTOK 12/5/16
