Company with FEMA contract under investigation

The Hattiesburg American, 5/5/7 A company owned by Gov. Haley Barbour?s niece is under investigation by federal officials, company officials confirmed. Jim Oliver, chief operating officer of Alcatec LLC, said the company is being investigated by the U.S. Labor Department after employees complained that the company had not properly paid them for overtime.
