Allstate slates rate hikes

The Clarion-Ledger, 4/19/7 Allstate Insurance officials have announced a 29.5 percent average premium increase for Mississippi policyholders, but Insurance Commissioner George Dale said it hasn’t been formally approved because he wants double-digit rate reductions in northern counties.
