Suspended justice Court Judge Weisenberger loses runoff
Bill Weisenberger loses runoff election A suspended justice court judge lost his seat on the bench in Tuesday’s runoff election. Challenger Lloyd Spivey III defeated incumbent Bill Weisenberger by more than 1,000 votes Tuesday night. Unofficial but final results had Spivey with 2,240 votes to Weisenberger’s 1,094.
