Scheduling top teams now a tougher task for Boise State

Football scheduling has never been more difficult, especially for the Broncos, who are looking for BCS quality competition and whose home record and location makes that hard.
Utah, which is moving to the Pac-10 in 2011, bought its way out of the three games remaining on its four-year series with Boise State. The Utes are playing nine Pac-10 games and rival BYU each year. That doesn’t leave much room for a non-AQ powerhouse such as the Broncos, especially in a home-and-home situation.
