‘Nathan’s Law’ gets national attention

State Sen. Chris McDaniel (R-Ellisville), who authored the bill, said he has received “very incredible response” from all corners of the U.S.

“It has become a national story,” he said. “I have received several hundred e-mails and several dozen phone calls on the issue from as far away as Los Angeles and New York.

“Anything that affects the safety of our children obviously gets people’s attention and it should,” McDaniel added. “People are very interested in ‘Nathan’s Law.’ They’ve all been so supportive of this bill.”
