Recall the Oxford Eagle reported “the BOP Web site (said) Scruggs release date is Dec. 10, 2012 — less than three years from now.” The Web site now reflects the full 7-years.

But where is Scruggs to go? The Clarion-Ledger reported he was on his way to Ashland, however YP has learned Scruggs’ lawyers, and the U.S. Attorney’s are still pushing he be transferred to a prison nearby.
