A state senator representing a portion of Madison County denied alleged ethics violations over his law firm’s representation of the Mississippi Hospital Association last week as he was interviewed on a talk radio program.
Sen. Charlie Ross (R-Brandon) said he did not knowingly direct business towards his law firm, Wise Carter Child & Caraway, through his support of legislation awarding a Medicaid contract exclusively to their client the hospital association.
