The lawsuit by House Speaker Philip Gunn and Speaker Pro Tem Jason White against Governor Tate Reeves over line item veto authority has been filed today in Hinds County Chancery Court.
The case has been assigned to Judge Tiffany Grove. Representing Gunn in the matter is former Republican AG candidate Andy Taggart.
