Bully Bloc, a group for friends and alumni of Mississippi State University, has endorsed Michael Guest for Congress for the Third District of Mississippi.
“I’m honored and appreciative to have the endorsement of Bully Bloc,” said Guest in a statement. “If elected, I will serve to represent the entire Third Congressional District and to ensure that our colleges and universities are well-equipped to train the next generation of leaders and innovators.”
“We are blessed in Mississippi to enjoy a wonderful quality of life and a hope for a brighter future – which is due in large part to the work of institutions like Mississippi State University, our community, and junior colleges, and all other institutions of higher learning,” Guest added.
Bully Bloc works with the Stennis-Montgomery Association, to encourage MSU students to become involved in politics and public service. They also support an annual trip to Washington D.C. for students interested in politics.
