Democrat State Representative Michael Ted Evans has issued a challenge to opponent Rankin/Madison District Attorney and Republican Nominee Michael Guest ahead of the November election for Congressman Gregg Harper’s seat.
Evans wrote a letter petitioning Dr. Mark Keenum to allow the debate to be held at Mississippi State.
The Democrat candidate suggested that the debate be held in September, to give voters a chance to study the answers.
