Tonight viewers tuned in around 6:00 on Facebook Live, expecting to hear Sen. Chris McDaniel confirm or deny whether he would enter the U.S. Senate race for 2018 against incumbent Sen. Roger Wicker.
However, the roughly 15 minute broadcast only left people “reading between the lines” with no confirmation, but an invitation to a rally at Jones County Junior College on Wednesday at noon.
Rumors have circled since last year of McDaniels intention to run against Wicker in the race, the promotion of a rally only encourage the mentality that McDaniel will infect throw his hat in the ring for the seat.
McDaniel is a Republican Senator from Ellisville.
