A few days before the event I spoke to Mississippi Representative Greg Snowden. He asked me to text him when I arrived, but before I had time; he met me near the front door and issued an invitation to the fourth-floor gallery for introduction to the entire floor of Mississippi Representatives. I mean I felt like a celebrity….

…It was a glorious day at the Capitol. Thank you, Mississippi Arts Commission and most especially, huge thanks to Greg Snowden. I happily represent the arts of House District 83 – with or without pantaloons.
