Washington, DC – Congressman Steven Palazzo (MS-4) released a statement in response to President Donald Trump’s first joint address to Congress:

“President Trump gave a speech that was bold, optimistic and most of all, honest. He talked about the success and potential of our great country, but didn’t shy away from pointing out where we have fallen short through the years.

“What I heard tonight from President Trump is that he intends to continue keeping his word to the American people, from rebuilding our military to repealing Obamacare to securing our borders. It’s time to renew the American spirit and I believe President Trump is going to lead the way.”
