Kemper County plant another step closer to being operational
DE KALB, Miss. (AP) — Electricity is now being generated in the second gasifier at Mississippi Power’s Kemper County plant.
The company said it reached that milestone Wednesday.
Chairman, President and CEO Anthony Wilson tells multiple members that move is a “substantial step forward for the project.”
