MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) – Among those traveling to see family in Meridian Wednesday was the Vice President-elect of the United States, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence.
Pence landed about 3:30 p.m. at Meridian Regional Airport and was taken by motorcade to an undisclosed location. His son, 2nd Lt. Michael Pence, Jr., is stationed at NAS Meridian for Marine pilot training.

US and China take a step back from sky-high tariffs, agree to pause for 90 days
