Trump, Pence head south for Thanksgiving
Vice President-elect Mike Pence is traveling to Mississippi for the holiday. Pence’s son, Michael, a Marine who is training to be a pilot is stationed at NAS Meridian.
However, NAS Meridian Public Affairs says: “NAS Meridian does not expect a visit from Vice President-elect Mike Pence. Again, we can confirm that the Vice President elect may be coming to Mississippi for the Thanksgiving Holiday but not NAS Meridian at this time.”
