Two proposals about state flag come before Tupelo city council
The flag debate again came before the Tupelo City Council.
This time it was at an agenda review.
Councilwoman Nettie Davis will propose an amendment to fly another flag at the the new Tupelo Police Department in her ward.
She also said she’s not ruling out proposing to take down flagpoles. The State flag will only fly in city buildings when there’s more than one flagpole.
