Mississippi FBI division gets new special agent in charge of operations

Freeze to replace Alway as leader of FBI in Mississippi

Christopher Freeze, most recently section chief of the foreign terrorist tracking task force in Washington, D.C., will become the new special agent in charge of the Jackson Division in November.

FBI Director James B. Comey made the announcement last week.

Donald Alway, who has led the Jackson office for more than two years, has been named deputy assistant director of training at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
