Jackson doctor appointed for State Board of Medical Licensure
The Governor Phil Bryant has announced the newest member of the State Board of Medical Licensure, Dr. Michelle Y. Owens.
She will be replacing Dr. John C. Clay who resigned earlier in 2016. Her appointment will be through June 30, 2020 and effective immediately.
