Former Southaven Mayor Greg Davis has lost his appeal in the Court of Appeals in his case against Attorney General Jim Hood and State Auditor Stacey Pickering.
Last year, a Hinds County Chancery Court Judge decided that Davis was guilty of embezzlement among other charges.
Davis had argued that the City of Southaven owed him more than $96,000, a claim that was denied.
