Mississippi Democrats are rallying for Hillary Clinton in her bid for president in 2016. Here’s an excerpt from a Mississippi Democratic Party email:
“We had a great time last night at the Hillary for America kickoff event in Jackson, MS! Couldn’t make it? Don’t sweat it! Grassroots supporters have organized TWO more kickoff events for the campaign!
“Hillary for America staff, local leaders, and supporters will be hosting a grassroots campaign kickoff event this Thursday, May 21st from 5:30 – 7:00pm at Hammontree’s R. J. Barrel & Co. in Canton, MS! Then, on Saturday, May 23rd, join supporters in Cleveland, MS from 6:30 – 8:00 at our favorite restaurant – the Senator’s Place!
“We’re so excited to see communities organizing for a candidate who will fight for the middle class, for education, for labor, and for a stronger economy. We can’t win the White House three times in a row without you – make sure you stop by!”
