New docs in @Google vs. @AGJimHood case reveal that Mike Moore was engaged as outside counsel in ’12

Here’s a document dump on the latest between Google lawsuit against Jim Hood. MS AG Jim Hood was to produce a whole list of documentation. A good bit of what was requested was withheld by Hood’s office.

Most interestingly, on P84 of the attachment below, we learn of a new wrinkle. In 2012, Hood hired Mike Moore’s law firm to participate in the investigation. There is referenced a separate “Retainer Agreement” that “will provide, among other things, for the payment of reasonable fees and expenses to MMLF from any recovery in this matter, which will include expenses incurred during the Investigation.”
