Senate Democrats to Hold “Wake Up Mississippi” Rally

On Thursday, February 20, at 11:00 a.m., Senate Democrats will hold a “Wake Up Mississippi” Rally. The Rally will take place on the 2nd Floor Rotunda of the Mississippi Capitol.

The purpose of the rally is to discuss House Bill 765 and Senate Bill 2325, bills that would divert education dollars to personnel checking accounts with no meaningful supervision.

Senate Democrats invite supporters of Mississippi’s public schools to come early and bring their alarm clocks.
