State Sen. John Horhn has met privately with prosecutors after being charged with DUI
WAPT-TV in Jackson reports (http://bit.ly/I1rPUe ) that the Jackson Democrat met with prosecutors met behind closed doors Monday and that he had little to say as he left court.
The Jackson police docket shows Horhn was arrested shortly after 11 p.m. Thursday and was released without having to post a bond.
