Of course, who can forget these histrionics from Bill Minor in this March 2013 column:

The Gunn bid to woo gun factories has apparently fallen flat with firearms manufacturers, as it should. Perhaps it should be sweetened by the Republican-controlled Legislature which has been quite innovative (is that the word for it?) in making Mississippi competitive in the national mania to glorify gun “rights.”

Yes, Bill, fell totally flat. Will be even funnier if more manufacturers come to Mississippi. Keep it up, Bill. The more you are wrong, the funnier your shrieks become.
