Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves to discuss Mississippi school safety plan
Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves will announce today his support of legislation to improve school safety, according to a news release from his office.
Reeves will make his announcement at 10:30 a.m.
In light of recent school shootings, including the shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn., where 20 children and six adults were killed, there has been national discussion about school safety.
Details about the legislation Reeves supports are not immediately available.
