Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley is convinced that energy companies in Mississippi need to pay more to borrow the capital they need to operate, a number set in 1994.
“Since then so much has changed in our financial markets,” Presley said during a phone interview Wednesday.
In a release entitled “How Much is Too Much?” Presley outlined his beef with the utility providers.
