Senate sends abortion clinic bill to governor
The Senate today green-lighted final passage of a bill that could shut down Mississippi’s sole abortion clinic in Jackson.
House Bill 1390 would require doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at a local hospital and be board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
