Bill Marcy, Republican candidate for the 2nd congressional district, is part of a strategic initiative

called “ Operation Black Storm,” which seeks to endorse, financially support, and promote voter

The coalition is comprised of like-minded Patriot groups organized by Patriot PAC. K. Carl Smith,

a spokesman for the group, said, “ It’ s finally time for an end to race-baiting in American politics, and

with ‘ Operation’ Black Storm,’ we intend to send a message to Washington that, above all else,

Americans of every background, color, and faith share our national Creed of respect for unalienable, God-

given rights, and these true-blue Americans want their constitutional liberties back!”

Marcy said he was honored to be a part of the coalition. “ These are like-minded individuals who

have emerged with a better vision for America,” he said.
