This week, it will take Auburn to another level in terms of national prominence. The fifth-ranked Tigers in navy will take on the sixth-ranked Tigers in purple in a battle for supremacy in the SEC West.
Neither is perfect, even though both of them are undefeated.
One has had the right player (Newton, in a recurring role as Heisman favorite) at the right time. The other has had right alignment of the stars and planets (see: Vols, Tennessee and Gators, Florida).
