STARKVILLE — Manny Diaz had plenty of praise for Mississippi State linebacker Chris White in the spring before he had even seen the senior play in a game.
And seven games into his first season as MSU’s defensive coordinator, Diaz believes even more in the talents of his senior middle linebacker, a guy who played a huge role in last Saturday’s 10-7 upset victory at Florida that vaulted MSU into the Top 25 rankings for the first time in nine years.
