With Masoli, NCAA plays image-first game
Basically, the NCAA did exactly the same thing you probably did when you heard Masoli wanted to pursue a graduate degree in parks and recreation at Mississippi. In other words, the NCAA laughed in his face.
Although the NCAA did everything in its power to successfully prevent Masoli from playing this year, the NCAA did everything in its power to allow Tebow to play in 2009.
