Potential bell fines to be levied at season’s end

The policy governs use of institutionally-controlled artificial noisemakers in a similar manner.

The Conference’s new policy permits an institution’s traditional artificial noisemakers to be in the football stadium for one year. Compliance with the new policy and application of penalties will be reviewed following the season.

In June 2011, the SEC membership will review this new policy to determine if it will continue in the future.
