MSU may assist UA on idle date issue
TUSCALOOSA | The Southeastern Conference’s efforts to reduce the number of idled opponents the University of Alabama will face in 2010 may find cooperation from Mississippi State, Bulldogs coach Dan Mullen said Thursday via teleconference.
“I think we want to be flexible to work with the league, do what’s best for the league,” Mullen said. “… If (the SEC) feels one team has an advantage, or a disadvantage, we always want to work to keep everyone on a level playing field.”
