So who is Ms. Kelly Overley?
Dr. Kelly Overley is Vice Chancellor for institutional advancement for the Texas Tech University System. She was hired in 2007 by Kent Hance. She earned her doctorate from the Univesity of Texas at El Paso in 2006. Before being hired by Hance, she was the senior director for development at the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine in El Paso.
