SLABBED – State Farm delivers subpoena to Dickie Scruggs in prison re: Rigsby Gals/Qui Tam

It’s been a long time since the Scruggs Nation had much to oogle over. Though their book reviews are unusually lackluster, our friends at SLABBED have scored a find.

Though this is marginally interesting stuff in the ongoing Qui Tam fight, one interesting nugget stood out to me. They wanted all of the documents and correspondence on media leaks/correspondence and mentioned the PR firm Rendon Group by name in the exhibit list. The PR lever has always been a huge part of the Scruggs and Minor legal and political strategies. This is just some more overt evidence of it.
