In early days at Florida State, Fisher following Saban’s blueprint to building a program
TALLAHASSEE — Of all the changes Jimbo Fisher plans to implement at Florida State, the most important ones aren’t likely to be seen on Saturdays next fall at Doak Campbell Stadium. But they will, Fisher hopes, help FSU to again become dominant program it once was.
In his early days as the Seminoles’ head coach, Fisher is wasting little time changing the Seminoles’ philosophy and approach to, well, just about everything. During his first press conference as the Seminoles head coach, Fisher earlier this month described an in-depth “support system” that he and his assistant coaches would begin constructing.
