Local boy Eli no stranger to Saints’ Dome
Contrary to everything else you might read and hear this week, Eli Manning will not play football in the Louisiana Superdome for the first time this Sunday.
Not even close.
“When I was a kid, we used to play pickup games after all the Saints home games,” Manning said Wednesday by phone from New York. “It was Cooper, Peyton, me and usually one of their friends.”
