Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant to be on hand for B.B. King’s star unveiling

Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant is expected to be on hand this afternoon when B.B. King’s star shines in downtown Meridian.

A star-shaped plaque with King’s name on it is scheduled to be unveiled at 4:30 p.m. in the walkway in front of the MSU Riley Center.

King performs at the MSU Riley Center tonight at 7:30 p.m. to launch the 2009-2010 performing arts season at the theater.
