Governor Haley Barbour presented legislators with an austere modified Executive Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2010 that expects revenues to continue to fall below expectations as the global recession persists.
“There are no easy answers and no quick fixes, but there are some common sense ways to help weather this financial storm,” Governor Barbour said.
