Augustus staying with Bulldogs
STARKVILLE — Mississippi State’s frontcourt got some good news Thursday.
It remained waiting on more.
Power forward Kodi Augustus said Thursday that he’ll return to Mississippi State’s basketball team for his junior season.
Augustus, who had a late-season flourish, had been non-committal about whether he would return to State or seek a transfer.
“I just want to be a Bulldog and help our team out,” Augustus said. “I want to stay. I just talked to my people and I think we made the right decision.”
