Minnesota’s Adrian Peterson, Arizona’s Larry Fitzgerald, Baltimore safety Ed Reed – these are amazing athletes to watch.
The NFL can live without them.
The same is even true of the NBA, a league given to greater player promotion. As spectacular as the one-named megastars can be – Kobe, LeBron, Dwyane and even Dirk – the game moves on in their absence
