Kiffin loses his senses, commits another violation
Lane Kiffin is quickly becoming a target for the NCAA as well as the rest of the SEC fans to kick some dirt on. He also might be one of the dumbest most absent-minded coaches around.
Kiffin, 33, became the Tennessee coach less than three months ago after Phil Fulmer was fired. Kiffin committed his third NCAA secondary violation on Friday during a radio talk show in Knoxville when commenting on players who wait until after signing day to sign their letters of intent (this was done last year’s top prospect Terrelle Pryor of Ohio State). The question came with the warning that coaches cannot talk about individual players (recruits). But that didn’t seem to faze Kiffin, who specifically said “great players like Bryce Brown are doing it now.”
