Hey, a guy’s got to do what a guy’s got to do. Where do you think all these coaches come from in the first place? The unemployment line?
Head coaches move. Assistant coaches move. In college football, the players are about the only ones who can’t change teams at will. But that’s another column for another day.
Anybody who is shocked that an assistant coach left Nick Saban’s staff in a lateral move hasn’t been paying attention. It is not exactly breaking news that Saban has a reputation throughout the profession for being hard to work for.
